How do I know if hypnosis will work for me?
If you have difficulty attaining your goals you may be hypnotizing yourself to fail due to unconscious conflict. Part of you wants one thing and another part wants something else. Early ideas, beliefs and values that are imprinted on the subconscious can become conflicted with ideas of the present. These old beliefs can become a part of who we are. (When we become consciously aware we are able to separate the behavior from the person). The subconscious will repeat the idea and belief by constantly acting out its desire. This is done with emotional charge and imagination. The subconscious is the feeling mind. We tend to do what we feel like doing whether it is good for use or not. Our imagination comes from the subconscious.
When imagination and reason are at war imagination always seizes the day.
Hypnotherapy will allow you to engage your imagination to bring about your desires.
