Hello and welcome to this website.

If you have come across this website I can imagine that you are looking for some peace of mind,some understanding of your self and maybe a way in which you can just feel easier about what's going on in your world and possibly the world around you.
We are in a time of great change and many people are feeling this at many level's of the personality.
Change is never easy, it can be challenging in lots of directions and to see oneself as shifting from one place to another can be a lot easier to accept.
Two ships setting sail in the same place with one at one degree difference in direction will see that ship on a very different path a mile out to sea. Small ripples can create great waves.


The therapies that we work with are very much based on the idea of mindfulness intention an idea that is very familiar with buddhism.
The way in which inner peace is created is to look at one's inner reality of the past, present and future and understand and to let go of any unhealthy attachments to them. This then allows for the mind and the body to experience the present moment more often thus allowing suffering to be reliquished.
The balancing of mind, body and spirit are my intentions to bring to you.

Each person is given empathetic, compassionate, and supportive care throughout the therapeutic process.
