The program which is constructed will look towards breaking unhealthy associations which you may have towards food and any negative ideas about controlling your weight.
By altering your focus you will be able to look at what you want as appose to what you do not want.
Major aspects that we will look at are your, DESIRE to lose the weight.
MOTIVATION: This is where I come in rather strongly. This is to get the momentum going and keep you on track.
INTENTION: To enhance the strength and the pull of the desire.
The WANTING: The outcome becomes more than a wishful thinking.You'll have a wanting to fulfill the intention.
The CAN. The building of your beliefs and your ability to do what you set out to will allow yourself to realise that you can.
The ALLOWING: A belief in one's capability must be followed by internal permission. You must give yourself permission to change,to undertake the project and the task to succeed.This step is crucial. By approaching something with doubt you will not allow or give yourself permission to achieve your outcome set goal. What will happen is that you will unknowingly,sabotage your success. We will look at any doubts that you may have.
DECIDE/CHOOSE: When you give yourself permission to succeed then you will make the right choices that promote and support your outcome.
PUT IN MOTION: Making decisions and choices is not sufficient to accomplish a result. To achieve a desired result you'll need to implement your decisions and choices with action
SUSTAIN THE EFFORT: Putting the plan in to motion does not bring success unless one also sustains the effort to sufficiently to reach the outcome.
COMPLETE: To achieve your outcome you will have to put forth sustained action to complete what you wish to achieve.In this case weight reduction. Once the project is accomplished and you have reached your target weight you will now shift to weight maintainence. In this manner the results are preserved.
REMEMBER IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN. :)
